Terms & Conditions
A client will have entered into an agreement to attend and receive a treatment, based on these terms & conditions, when Marie Bradford (Mother Fae) has accepted and confirmed any such appointment time.
Client Cancellations & Missed Appointments
I appreciate that emergencies occur and that appointments may have to be cancelled. A minimum of 24 Hours notice for is required for any cancellation.
Depending on the circumstances, I reserve the right to apply the following policy:
First occurrence - No fee
Subsequent occurrences - Half the cost of the treatment book. This fee will be due within 14 days.
Cancellation by Mother Fae
If due to unforeseen circumstances, Mother Fae requires an appointment to be cancelled, a mutually suitable alternative time will be arranged.
Late Arrival
Should the client run late for an appointment, Marie Bradford (Mother Fae) may shorten the treatment by the time the client was delayed.
In some cases it may no longer be feasible to start the session.
In such cases we reserve the right to charge half the cost of the treatment booked. The fee will be due within 14 days
Payments
Payment in full is due at the end of each session.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, BACs transfer and credit or debit cards.
Refunds or partial refunds are not offered.
Medical Conditions & History
During their initial consultation, clients are required to declare any medical conditions they have and those they suffered from in the past, and provide an update at subsequent sessions of any changes. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their medical practitioner if they are indoubt whether to have any of the therapies offered by Mother Fae. In certain circumstances clients may be asked by Mother Fae to seek permission from the GP before treatments can start or continue.
