USUI REIKI
Natural Healing Energy
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique which promotes wellbeing and healing through stress-reduction and relaxation. Reiki can be used alongside other complementary therapies or conventional medicine. Reiki treatments reduce stress within the body and produce a feeling of complete physical and emotional well-being.
The Reiki treatment begins by you lying down on a treatment couch. You remain fully clothed. You close your eyes, and I will have some gentle, relaxing music playing in the background for you to listen to. I will gently rest my hands upon you, non-intrusively, in a series of positions from the crown of the head to the feet.
Each hand position is held for a few minutes, sometimes longer, and during this time energy will flow into you, drawn according to your need, helping to balance your energy system. As the energy flows, most people will feel warmth, or heat, or tingling from the Practitioner’s hands. It is usually a very relaxing experience: some people fall asleep. Other sensations may include seeing coloured lights or feeling as if you are floating. Sometimes people have an “emotional release” – feeling quite emotional or tearful for a little while during the treatment – as emotional turmoil is brought to the surface to be released and dissipated.
No matter what your particular complaint, the general effect of a course of Reiki treatments seems to be to make you feel more ‘laid back’: more calm, less stressed and better able to cope. Reiki seems to boost energy levels, raise spirits, and make you feel more positive about things. Stressful situations seem to wash over you.
Reiki brings things back into balance.

REFLEXOLOGY
An Ancient Therapy
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that is based on the theory that different points and areas on the feet, leg and hands, correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexology is an ancient therapy which has been practiced for over 5000 years and I believe that working these points or areas can help aid relaxation, improve mood, release tension, enhance sleep and can generally help improve well-being; allowing you to cope better with the stresses that life can bring.
Every person is unique and some people find other things improve as well - the only way to know if reflexology will help you is to try it!

Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
A full medical history will be requested on your first treatment, and you will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment. This information will be kept confidential. Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes.

ANGELIC REIKI
Energy Healing of the Angelic Realm
Working hand in hand with the Angelic Realms, Ascended Master collective and Galactic Beings, Angelic Reiki offers a profound system of healing and consciousness expansion.
Angelic Reiki is a powerful healing modality that works with the highest energies of the Angelic Realm to bring about healing and balance on all levels to those receiving the healing energy.
Angelic Reiki Healing Treatments:
In a healing session, I will channel Angelic healing energy through my hands which are placed on your shoulders if you prefer a sitting position or on the chest and solar plexus if you prefer to lie down.
You remain fully clothed throughout. Angelic Reiki is a profoundly relaxing experience as you listen to music. he healing energy is channelled from the Angelic Realms via Healing Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers.

REIKI DRUM AND SOUND HEALING

Working with the voice, using the Japanese Kotodama traditionally associated with Reiki, explore the vibrational power of words and affirmations.
As well as working with the voice I will work with the drum. Shamanic medicine drumming is an ancient practice, which allows me to weave Reiki healing into my drum.
Can be a whole or part of a treatment session.
